Polykala is an organisational culture consultancy. Since 2014, our creative approach to professional development has led to meaningful growth and learning for thousands of people across hundreds of engagements throughout Australia.

The words ‘poly kala’ (pronounced po-LEE kah-LAH) are Greek for ‘very good’. Poly, in general parlance, means ‘many’. Kala has multiple meanings in a range of languages, including ‘a skilled craft’ or ‘culture’ (Sanskrit), ‘art’ (Pasifika), ‘time’ (Balinese), and is often happily misheard as ‘colour’.
